We follow an open‑book pricing approach: clients cover construction material costs, but we never apply markups to finish materials like windows, cabinetry, doors, hardwood floors, tile, stone, plumbing fixtures, and appliances. You pay the true product price. Our fee is for expert installation, coordination, and project execution. This transparent model delivers meaningful cost savings and fosters trust throughout the build process.
